Tri-Series

The Basketball Tasmania Tri-Series allows the players from the State Development and Future Development Programs to put into practice the skills they have been learning in their programs.

Played over three weekends the Tri-Series gives our state’s best players the chance to shine, but also allows coaches and referees the opportunity to work with the best junior athletes.​

There is also the Tri-Series Cup up for grabs, which enhances the competitive spirit, but ensures we maintain a focus on creating the right type of environment that is conducive to development.

Round One (SDP Only) – 5 & 6 December, South

           – Kingborough Sports Ctr

​Round Two – 28 February & 1 March, North West

           – Devonport Recreation Ctr, Ulverstone Sports Ctr, Burnie Sports Ctr, Penguin Basketball Stadium

​Round Three (FDP Only) – 21 & 22 March, South

           – Kingborough Sports Ctr

​Round Four – 13 & 14 June, Launceston

– Elphin Sports Ctr, St Patricks College, Kings Meadows High School, Prospect High School
