Due to the ‘highly transmissible’ Delta Variant of COVID-19, the Director of Public Health has advised Basketball Tasmania for the TJBL finals on Sunday 15th August, masks are required by all patrons in the stadium

All spectators must adhere to the ‘forward facing, stadium style seating’. In all other areas, spectators must adhere to 1 person per 2m2 density.

You will be required to wear a mask from queuing to enter, up until you leave the venue. We recommend people bring their own masks.

Those exempt from wearing masks include.

• Children under the age of 12

• Persons claiming medical reasons

• Players (on court)

• Referees (on court)

• Coaches (on court)

Spectators can also remove their masks when eating, drinking and taking medication, as well as other reasons noted here: https://www.coronavirus.tas.gov.au/.../Mask-wearing-at...
